How much does engraving cost?
Unless noted on the individual product, engraving is included in the price of all engravable items. Extra setup fees may apply for logos.

Can I see what my engraving will look like, before my order is processed?
An engraving proof will be e-mailed to you for all plaque, acrylic, crystal, and natural stone awards. Prior to us completing your order, you must acknowledge and accept the proof. If the engraving requires modification, we will work with you to ensure your satisfaction.

How do I provide my engraving information?
After selecting your awards, you will be prompted for your engraving information. Once your order has been submitted, you will recieve a confirmation e-mail. At this time, you can respond to the e-mail with an attachment of your logo or other engraving instructions.

How much engraving can I order?
The amount of engraving is only limited by product. For each item ordered, you will be presented with the maximum amount of allowed lines. As a rule of thumb, expect to fit about 25 characters per line. Also, remember that an excessive amount of characters can result a smaller font. The use of logos or other artwork will also impact the amount of room left for engraved text. The catalog photos of most items will demonstrate optimal use of engravable space.

How can I be sure my engraving will be accurate?
Our online order system transfers engraved text exactly as you entered it. Be sure double-check the spelling of names and text before placing your order. If you discover an error after your order is placed, please contact us immediately and we will work with you to correct the problem.
